Ability to add custom column

Ability to add a custom column to the CRM View. This could be a custom drop-down or text or date field.

Use case:
- Indicate Shortlisted/Reject candidates for email outreach or follow-up dates or any other custom data we might need to add. The notes field is not easy to help filter or build a standardized input.
- Post interaction with a lead/candidate, update actual skills from a pre-defined drop-down list to ensure consistency in input across the team
